Short Courses
I co-direct the short course Bioinformatics for Proteomics with Akhilesh Pandey at the Annual Symposium of the US Human Proteome Organization. I give two lectures in this course.
- Protein Sequence Databases - The good, the bad, and the ugly.
- Peptide Identification Statistics - Pin the tail on the donkey?
Guest Lectures
I have given a number of guest lectures, particularly in the area of
tandem mass spectrometry, in the last year or so.
