Mihai Pop's lab

News

(June 2010) Ben Langmead accepted the Genome Biology Award for his paper describing Bowtie, coauthored with Mike Schatz, Cole Trapnell, Mihai Pop, and Steven Salzberg. The Genome Biology Award was created to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the journal and it recognizes the best research paper published during 2009.

(May 2010) Bo Liu received the best poster award at ISBRA 2010.
