Can Firtina

Can Firtina is an assistant professor of computer science. His research spans bioinformatics and computer architecture, with a focus on real-time, accurate and energy-efficient genome analysis; hardware–software co-design to accelerate bioinformatics workloads; and the development of computational tools for genome editing.
